Best of 2023

Another yearly wrap-up! I genuinely love looking back at the year, taking inventory, and checking the milestones I’ve reached.

One of the biggest upgrades was reading Profit First by Mike Michalowicz, it was SO enlightening. I’ve always loved Excel and tracking my expenses, this book taught me some tips and tricks to tweak my approach and I love my new system! It is still a long dream of mine to create a budget digital download course to sell to fellow photographers and creatives. One day!

My other highlight of 2023 was teaching a class about how to organize your photos in your life. All the prints and negatives from your childhood, how to get your images off your phone and backed up, and then taking it a step further and displaying them in your home. I put everything in a blog post so it’s easy to reference in the future!

Another great year of photographing families, it makes me so happy to capture these connections and freeze time momentarily. A huge THANK YOU to all those who trusted me to do so. I hope you can feel the connections, light, and laughter captured in these photographs for years to come!
